- Cam Scanner Scan and crop your scrapbook pages with your Android phone: Free App.
- Be Funky Photo editor. Adjust crop and add effects such as Drop Shadows, Picture Frames. Adjust color balances, straighten, make lighter or darker. This is a very powerful free program. It also has a collage maker. To upgrade to the full version is only $35.00 a year.
Enlist the help of family members in the project. You probably have a grandchild, niece or nephew already involved with graphic arts. Use their skills to make things happen
